We offer different possibilities to start a career. Besides to be hired for the KANNE & JOOS GROUP, we also provide employees for companies, in the form of recruitment or leasing.
Regarding the recruitment of personnel, we are looking for skilled and authorized workers or managers for our partner companies in Romania or abroad, who cannot find the necessary time or resources to search themselves. Here you are going to be hired directly by the partner company. We are the first step for you in your attempt to find the best working place in Romania and, or abroad.
In case of personnel leasing our company will hire you and afterwards you are going to work for a different beneficiary / employer. You can work for this beneficiary / employer for a period of maximum two years. In the case in which the beneficiary will be satisfied with you and your work, he can decide to take you over from us after that period and hire you directly in his company. This way we can represent your first step in finding an interesting job for a long period of time.
